the incredible individually decorated rooms are the standout feature to me along with comfy beds, nice staff and cool custom soaps in the bathroom. Worth the price.

Lift not working, need to climb three stairs with luggage, building under renovation, noisy started early in the morning, scaffolding workers walking outside bathroom, living room eve though our room on the third floor, privacy and safety issue, Very messy and dirty with renovation and demolition material lying around in the complex.

Lovely villa with back garden and front drive. Modern, clean and feels very homely! My children aged 4 and 7 loved it also.

I needed a base for a weekend in the area and this fitted the bill. However, it is getting tired, needs the rooms modernising, in particular the bathroom. It just feels old, unloved and needs a bright new lift around the whole hotel accommodation to make it far more appealing and live up to it's billing. All that said, it still did a job for what I needed.
